This is a geometrid in the subfamily Sterrhinae (also known as the Waves) that includes bird dropping mimics.

Where in the species Antaeotricha schlaegeri, the moth resembles a fresh dropping, the Lace-border appears more like an old splat on a leaf. 

Or, a little doily.
